The world's biggest producer of condoms is warning of a global shortage

The world's biggest producer of condoms is warning of a global shortage

Malaysian company Karex makes one in every five condoms globally... but hasn't produced a single condom in more than a week because of a lockdown in Malaysia.

The company says it's already short of one hundred million condoms, which would normally be marketed to brands such as Durex.

The company's chief executive says demand for condoms is still very strong, because of the uncertain times many are facing.
