    All Blacks coach Ian Foster has painted a sorry picture of New Zealand Rugby's financial state


    Foster has taken a pay cut to help alleviate some of the financial difficulties presented to the game by the pandemic.

    He says others have taken cuts too and that's the reality they're faced with, despite some strong leadership from the top at NZR.
