    Covid-19 has already had significant impacts on the country financially


    The OECD believes there will be an initial drop in the economy of almost 30 percent.

    National party finance spokesperson Paul Goldsmith says this prediction is not surprising because big parts of the economy are closed.

    He says a heart attack is happening within the economy with businesses making zero revenue and people at home not spending.
