A legal expert has concerns about the changes made to our Companies Act

The Government's introduced legislation which removes the legal risk for directors.

The University of Auckland's John Land says that could be worrying.

He wants to know if it means there's a full license to engage in reckless trading - but he says directors will still have to follow their obligations of good faith.

Under the rules, businesses will also be able to park debt until they start trading again.
