Expect a few showers between your hot cross buns next weekend

Expect a few showers between your hot cross buns next weekend

Windier, colder and wetter weather is forecast for Wednesday, lasting through Easter weekend.

WeatherWatch head forecaster Philip Duncan says severe weather is possible in both islands for a period of time.

He says usually, a big low at Easter would impact many gatherings and events, but now at COVID-19 alert level four, some windy and wet weather shouldn't be too problematic.
