The death of a second former Rosewood Rest Home resident is being seen as evidence of how vulnerable elderly people are to Covid-19

Twenty dementia patients were moved to Burwood Hospital in Christchurch and two of them have now died from the virus.
The Aged Care Association says international experience shows Covid-19 affects older people more than any other age-group.
Chief Executive Simon Wallace says we're now seeing the tragic consequence of not having a comprehensive testing regime for residents and their carers.
He's again calling for all new residents to be tested for Covid-19, and all front-line aged care workers, whether symptomatic or not, to be tested.
