Fonterra continues to strengthen its balance sheet

    Fonterra
    Fonterra
The company has been re-organising its operations since reporting a 605 million dollar loss in the past financial year.

Chief Executive Miles Hurrell says the total group normalised earnings before interest and tax for the nine months to April 30 was 815 million -- an increase of 301 million on this time last year.

The Country's Rowena Duncum says it good news for the company.

She says it looks like the strategy they adopted has paid off.
