    News Talk ZB Sport -

Rugby League great Darren Lockyer's excited to see some potential innovation from the NRL out of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The competition will return next week with a revised-20 round format, as well as featuring one referee and a new ruck infringement rule.

State of Origin will be played in November after the season has concluded.

New Zealand cricket players association boss Heath Mills believes there's a fundamental problem with high school sport.

Some high school rugby players are considering repeating their final year if there are small or no crowds at 1st XV games.

No crowds means no talent scouts who aid players in getting a professional contract out of school.

Mills says for all codes there's too much pressure.
