    Kiwi big-man Jack Salt's confident he'll suit up for the Canterbury Rams in the new NBL season


    While every contract is essentially null and void, teams can protect players that had signed with them before the new draft-based format for this season.

    That leaves Salt more than likely staying with the Rams - the team he signed for back in February.
