    Dan Carter hopes Canterbury and Crusaders fans can understand his decision to pull on the Blues jersey for Super Rugby Aotearoa


    The 38-year-old All Blacks great has joined the Blues as an injury replacement.

    Carter made 141 appearances for the Crusaders between 2003 and 2015, scoring a club and competition record 1,708 points.

    He says his dad Neville was incredibly supportive of the move, however his 90-year-old nana Pam's more concerned about his body than the colour of the jersey he's wearing.
