The Highlanders have romped home to sign off Super Rugby Aotearoa with a 38-21 win over the Hurricanes in Dunedin

The game was locked 14-all at halftime, before the home side ran in four quick tries to take charge of the match.

Coach Aaron Mauger has told Sky Sport they eliminated their mistakes in the second half.

The Hurricanes finish in third, with the Highlanders remaining in fourth despite the win.
