    Phil Mickelson has made a triumphant start to the PGA Tour's senior tour


    The five-time major winner has carded a final round five-under 66 to finish at 22-under at the Champions Tour event in the Ozarks, four strokes clear of his nearest opponent.

    Mickelson joined the field late after failing to qualify for the second leg of the PGA Tour playoffs starting tomorrow.

    He's using it as preparation for next month's US Open, where he is a six time runner up.
