    Families of three fishermen who died when the trawler Jubilee sank off Canterbury in 2015 ... have been awarded more than 700 thousand dollars


    Lyttelton-based Ocean Fisheries has been sentenced today by Judge Tony Couch in the Christchurch District Court.

    The penalty included a 46 thousand dollar fine.

    The 16 metre vessel sank in October 2015 - and the bodies of skipper Paul Bennett and Jared Husband and Terry Booth - were later recovered by navy divers.
