    New pre-election promises were absent from National's virtual campaign launch


    Leader Judith Collins spoke before a physically-distanced audience of supporters at Lower Hutt's Avalon Studios - and to party gatherings around the country via Facebook.

    When asked why she did not unveil any new policy, Collins said she has a big announcement to make today, more coming out this week - and plenty announced already to talk about.
