Party leader David Seymour says Covid-19 restrictions are holding the sector back - and the Party wants to change that.
ACT is proposing tax cuts to help - including lowering GST to 10 per cent for a year.
It would also change border restrictions to let what the party calls "high-value foreign tourists" into the country.
The Party is also proposing to change tourists' quarantine times - based on the Covid-19 or public health status in their originating country.
