    Droves of returning Kiwis are pushing house prices up


    Trade Me's property data shows there's been a nine per cent rise in house prices over the past year.

    Infometrics' Senior Economist reveals costs are high because the supply of properties isn't meeting demand.

    Brad Olsen says the wave of returnees is slowing down.

    He says things might calm down a bit by the start of next year - but the good thing is interest rates are low.
