Police say they've received a significant number of calls and emails - since alleged historical abuse has come to light at Auckland's Dilworth School

Police say they've received a significant number of calls and emails - since alleged historical abuse has come to light at Auckland's Dilworth School

Seven men have been charged to date -- following a year-long investigation.

Detective Senior Sergeant Geoff Baber says Operation Beverly has received more than 70 phone calls from members of the public.

He says investigators are following up a number of enquiries with the new information.

Baber says they've also increased staff working the investigation -- including having a counsellor.
