Angela Blackmoore was 10 weeks pregnant when she was bludgeoned and stabbed to death while her two-year-old son slept in the next room.
Last year 45-year-old Jeremy Powell pleaded guilty to carrying out a contract killing - and he was jailed for a minimum of 10 years in June.
Rebecca Wright-Meldrum and a man with name suppression have also been charged with Blackmoore's murder.
They've both pleaded not guilty.
Their trial was scheduled to begin at the High Court in Christchurch next February - but this morning the trial date was vacated.
A new one's yet to be announced.
