It's day two in the appeal of a Wellington region doctor found guilty of misconduct

It's day two in the appeal of a Wellington region doctor found guilty of misconduct

Last year, a Medical Tribunal found the man had conducted unjustified clinical breast examinations on multiple women.

Due to the appeal in the High Court at Wellington, he's been allowed to practice, while his name is kept secret.

In the coming days the court will hear opposition arguments from the Professional Conduct Committee.

He's also facing a cross-appeal by the Committee.
