Change will come in the starting pack, likely only through paternity leave for Ardie Savea and injury return for Sam Whitelock.
Savea's absence will be felt regardless of who is picked, with Hoskins Sotutu having the inside running given his showings off the bench in the first two tests.
The option of Akira Ioane making his test debut off the bench against a tiring Wallabies side may prove irresistible for selectors over nods for Dalton Papalii or the uncapped Cullen Grace or Du'Plessis Kirifi - unless it's felt specialist openside cover is needed.
The 23 will be revealed at 1:30pm.
