The world's largest free trade agreement is expected to have global ramifications

New Zealand and 14 other Asia Pacific countries have just signed up to the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership. RCEP .
It will dramatically reduce tariffs on many goods and create consistent trade rules.
The BBC's Katie Austen says it will provide immediate benefits to involved countries - and will ultimately lower prices worldwide.
She says the agreement is so large, it will have flow-on effects for the EU and United States as well.
