Chris Liddell's expected to demand value for money if he becomes secretary-general of the OECD

The New Zealander who is the White House Deputy Chief of Staff is in the running for the job.
Newstalk ZB political editor Barry Soper says New Zealand contributes to the 500 million dollar price tag for the OECD.
He says Liddell has talked about the cost of such international organisations.
Soper says it has to be more than just a talk-fest, and he thinks Liddell has plans to shake up the organisation.
