Exams have continued despite Wellington High School being put in lockdown

Exams have continued despite Wellington High School being put in lockdown

The college locked down for about 40 minutes this morning after a threat was made on social media.

Police are now speaking to two people of interest.

Principal Dominic Killalea says he's thankful it didn't affect students sitting their final NCEA exams.

He says the timing was lucky in that students were already in classrooms when they had to lock the doors.
