Research shows the economic pains of Covid-19 could be easing, with a jump in Kiwis looking to change jobs

Horizon Research's Employment Forecast Monitor predicts almost 385-thousand people will look to switch roles in the coming year.
Principal Graeme Colman says that's a seven percent increase from the last measure in August 2020.
He says the two areas most likely to be affected are business managers and executives, and agriculture and labourers.
Colman says the other effected roles will be in agriculture and labourers -- where those looking to switch jobs is up to 18 per cent.
