    The fitness bar has already been set high for the Silver Ferns as the national side prepare for a tussle with their trans-Tasman rivals


    New Zealand has been confirmed to host Australia in four Constellation Cup matches starting March 2.

    The team has assembled in camp which runs until tomorrow.

    Vice captain Gina Crampton details just how tough its been so far.
