    A Whangarei psychologist has had his registration cancelled after being found guilty of having sex with a vulnerable client


    Paul Joseph...also known as Paora Joseph...was found to have lain naked beside his client during therapy sessions.

    He's been hit with a 65 thousand dollar penalty, and won't be allowed to rejoin the profession for at least 2 years.
