Asthmatic children are at the highest risk of asthma attacks when they go back to school according to research

Asthmatic children are at the highest risk of asthma attacks when they go back to school according to research

Asthma experts want parents to develop plans with their children, and have knowledge of what medication they need to take.

There are more than 7 thousand asthma hospitalisations every year, with half of these being children under 15.

Asthma Respiratory Foundation Chief Executive Letitia Harding says a variety of factors are responsible for increased asthma attacks.

She says viruses, stress and anxiety all contribute.
