Phil Gould's role with the Warriors is a consultant to the owners and management, but he offers more than that

Gould played 104 first grade rugby league matches, coached the Canterbury Bulldogs and Penrith Panthers to NRL premiership titles, and coached New South Wales to State of Origin series wins.

He's been heavily involved in the Warriors pre-season preparations.

The Warriors will play two trial games on Saturday against the Gold Coast and Newcastle, before their season opener against the Titans on March 13.
