    The Wellington Phoenix have been forced to keep training light ahead of tonight's A-League clash against the Newcastle Jets


    The Nix are playing their third game in eight days and are in need of a win to lift themselves from the bottom of the ladder.

    Coach Ufuk Talay says mixing in training with recovery's been a balancing act.
