    All Blacks captain Sam Cane sees only positives for New Zealand in the Highlanders halfback situation


    Following the announcement of Aaron Smith extending his NZR, many fans and pundits were asking where that leaves fellow halfback Folau Fakatava with the southern Super Rugby franchise.

    Well, he'll start against the Chiefs tomorrow night in Hamilton.

    Cane believes the Highlanders realise that Aaron Smith is getting a little older.
