More than 41 thousand people in New Zealand have had a dose of the covid 19 vaccine.
That includes 95 per cent of border and managed isolation workers who've had their first round, and a significant number of them who've had their second dose.
Response Minister Chris Hipkins says they can start rolling it out to frontline health workers.
He says it includes staff who have direct contact with patients, people who could come into contact with the virus or who work with covid-19 samples.
