Black Sox coach Mark Sorenson is adamant there are still spots up for grabs despite naming a 31-man squad to prepare for the 2022 softball World Cup in Auckland

The team skippered by Cole Evans features three newcomers but Sorenson insists players outside the group will be knocking on the door.

A final squad of 16 will make the tournament next February.
