    Property values continue to increase nationwide

    Property values continue to increase nationwide


    CoreLogic's April House Price Index shows values rose 3.1 per cent over the month.

    It saw an annual increase of 18.4 per cent, showing the significant growth since the country exited lockdown almost a year ago.
