    Three people police are calling serial burglars have been arrested after a bust uncovered a large amount of stolen items


    Police searched a home in Upper Hutt, and found items from a burglary at a nearby school.

    A 42-year-old man has been charged with unlawful possession of a gun, and will appear in court next week.

    A man and woman face 25 burglary and 12 shop lifting charges between them, for offending which allegedly took place over the past 5 months.

    They'll appear in court next week.
