Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash are delaying their wedding until their baby is born

The 'Loose Women' panellist and the former 'EastEnders' star were planning to tie the knot this summer, but after finding out they are due to welcome another "little pickle" into the family, they are holding off their ceremony - which was due to be held at their Essex home - until the new addition arrives

Replying to a fan on her Instagram Story, who asked: "Do you think you'll get married before pickle [her baby] arrives?", Stacey said:

"We're moving it back a few months. Both of us said that we would be gutted when we're looking back at the pictures and not all of our children were there.

"So, for the sake of a few months, we will wait until the baby is born and then do it. All of us together."

Stacey - who already has Rex, two, with Joe and Zachery, 13, and nine-year-old Leighton from previous relationships - took to social media this week to share with her followers that they are to become parents again.

Stacey explained that the couple have been trying to get pregnant for some time but had a series of negative tests.

She began on her Instagram Stories: “Sorry I’ve been so quiet… But we have something we are excited to share with you. I feel nervous for so many reasons."

Alongside a negative test, she continued: “For a really long time we’ve been trying for another pickle… It didn’t work out and this was our news quite a few times.

“We decided we were so lucky already to have our boys. It is our biggest privilege in life and we are so grateful to be parents so we stopped trying and counted ourselves so so so blessed already.”

The pair were "so grateful" when they learned there is an "extra heartbeat" inside her tummy after the 31-year-old TV star felt "yuck".

She shared: “For a while now I’ve felt so yuck and even though I thought about what it felt like I didn’t even want to go and check at first because well, just because, you know (I don’t even like to write it).

“But yesterday we went to check what was going on… And we were so grateful to hear an extra heartbeat in my tummy."

To celebrate their baby joy, the family decided to get their Wendy house that sits in the grounds of their sprawling home finished.

She gushed: "We honestly couldn’t believe it.

“So we told the boys and we’ve spent yesterday and today finishing the Wendy house ready to welcome a new pickle into our lives.”

Speaking to her brood, she wrote: “Boys we are so so so excited for you all. You’re already the most incredible brothers we could have ever imagined raising...

“Dear Harry, Zachary, Leighton & Rex… you fill our hearts so so much they’re bursting. We can not wait to open our hearts even more and watch you open yours and see them grow ever bigger to fit all the love… Inside for your new Pickle.”

Alongside a picture of her family, she added: “We are growing another pickle We’ve never felt so grateful… I have no words. We didn’t think we would get the chance. We love you all to the moon and back. Lots of love From Me, Joe, Harry, Zach, Leighton, Rex, and our little pickle.

Joe, 39, is also a father to Harry, 13, whom he has with ex Emma Sophocleous.
