The owners of a115-year-old building are up to the challenge of shifting it - as part of a Crown deal for Christchurch's new stadium

LINZ has settled with Roland Logan and Sharon Ng to buy the site - and they can keep their NG building.

Logan says the terms are confidential, but they can use some of the money to buy another piece of land on the multi-use arena site.

He says they have a year to move it.

Logan says shifting a 15 hundred tonne building will be a big job, but we're put on this planet to challenge ourselves.
