    Emergency services have been called to a serious crash on Fitzgerald Avenue near Avonside Drive


    Police were notified at about 12:50pm that a car had crashed into the bridge.

    Fitzgerald Avenue is closed to southbound traffic between Bealey Avenue and Avonside Drive, and motorists are asked to avoid the area.
