    A person remains in a serious condition in hospital after being found shot outside a Wellington house


    Police were called to a Vogeltown property about quarter to three yesterday afternoon (2.45pm).

    Detective Inspector Darrell Harpur says a person was found with a gunshot injury on Travers Street.

    A scene examination is continuing today, with an increased police presence in the area.
