A cosmic intervention has delivered Kayla and Shaun Johnson back from Australia to New Zealand sporting franchises for 2022

A cosmic intervention has delivered Kayla and Shaun Johnson back from Australia to New Zealand sporting franchises for 2022

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

Kayla has signed with the Stars for the ANZ netball Premiership today, while Shaun announced in June he was returning to the Warriors after three years.

During a stay back in New Zealand when the trans-Tasman bubble was still active, they both got calls from those teams.

Kayla Johnson says none of it was planned, it just worked out with Stars coach Kiri Wills getting in touch with her.
