A Commerce Commission warning for a company that promised a one-hundred-thousand-dollar cash drop, but instead dropped look-a-like vouchers

Violence broke out in Auckland's Aotea Square in December - when people realised most of the notes falling in the Safety Warehouse's highly advertised drop ... weren't cash.
Only three-thousand-600 dollars was given, the remainder vouchers.
The Commission has warned the company for misleading consumers and likely breaching the Fair Trading Act.
