The family of missing Christchurch woman Shirley Warrington say they're relieved she's finally been found

Police have confirmed the body located on Christchurch's Port Hills on Monday is the 85-year-old who disappeared in July.

Her family say the public's concern for Warrington - and for them, will always be greatly appreciated.

Police say the death is not being treated as suspicious and they will continue to make enquiries on behalf of the Coroner.
