Joe Moody will be sporting a long beard in tonight's Rugby Championship match against Argentina on the Gold Coast - showing just how long it's been since he's played a game of footy

The loosehead prop's been named on the bench for the All Blacks.

It'll be his first match since mid-April when he injured a plantar fascia ligament in his left foot.

Moody says when he was told he'd be sidelined for a couple of months, he decided not to shave until he made his return.
