20-year-old Louis Lynagh is one of eight uncapped players called up to an training squad by coach Eddie Jones ahead of November tests against Tonga, Australia and South Africa.
His father is 1991 World Cup-winner Michael, who has been living in England since 1996.
Louis plays for English champions Harlequins - he is also eligible to represent Australia, and Italy though his mother.
