Aucklanders may have some work to do when it comes to scanning in

Since most of the country outside of Auckland moved to Alert Level Two ... scanning has gone up by nearly 60-percent.

But since Auckland moved to Alert Level Three...scanning in has only increased by up to eight percent.

Auckland University Researcher Dr Andrew Chen says he was surprised.

He says he expected it to increase up to 20-percent with reports of around 300-thousand people back at work...as well as people getting takeaways and coffee.
