    While prices dropped in last year's lockdown - they've gone up this time


    Motor Trade Association's Ian Baggott says the drop last major lockdown was an aberration.

    He says OPEC and Russia were arguing about production volumes - OPEC continued standard volumes, resulting in a glut of fuel, reducing prices.
