A Dunedin man who pretended to be a 15-year-old boy online - is facing a raft of sexual charges

26 October 2021

The 31-year-old has been arrested, after allegedly creating fake online social media profiles to meet victims he contacted online.

He faces various sexual offences - including meeting a young person following sexual grooming.

Police would like to hear from anyone who believes they may have communicated with the alleged offender.

The man is due to appear in the Dunedin District Court on November 26th.
