Kiwis hooker Brandon Smith looks destined to be a Sydney Rooster in 2023

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

The Melbourne forward's been a sought-after signature in NRL free agency with multiple clubs including the Warriors bidding for his services.

Australian media are reporting Smith has informed other franchises of his decision.

Smith was wined and dined by Roosters club personnel last week and spotted having a game of golf with Kiwis team-mate Jared Waerea-Hargreaves.
