    The disaster is expected to put major pressure on Tonga's health system


    Otago University Pacific Health expert Xaviour Walker says there will be respiratory impacts, water quality impacts, and long-term psychological effects.

    He says the hospital system will be under pressure providing care to children, along with its day-to-day activities.
