Two in five New Zealanders are looking for greener pastures

Two in five New Zealanders are looking for greener pastures

The ELMO Employee Sentiment Index has found about 1.2 million workers are looking for a new job this year.

More than 60 percent of workers are concerned about being in the workplace with new Covid-19 variants.

ELMO Software CEO Danny Lessem says the unprecedented result is due a variety of factors.

He says workers are burnt out and looking for new opportunities.
