As Covid-19 cases rise ... vaccine roll-out is running full-steam ahead

More than 14-thousand doses were dished out yesterday - and more than two-million-347-thousand people have now had a booster.

Ninety-four percent of the eligible population 12 and older have had at least two shots.

More than 240-thousand pediatric Pfizer vaccines have been given to children aged five to 11-years-old.

It means half of New Zealand's eligible tamariki have had their first dose.

The Health Ministry reported 14-thousand-633 new cases today - and 344 virus patients are now in hospital.
